Dr. Peter Benson - President, The Search Institute and Co-Director, The Center for Spiritual Development in Childhood and Adolescence. Dr. Peter Benson directs a staff of professionals dedicated to advancing the wellbeing of children and adolescents and is widely recognized as one of the leading contributors to the fields of child and adolescent development. Dr Benson spoke as part of the Forum day at SFK's "One World. Every Child" 3-day launch event hosted by Donna Karan's Urban Zen Foundation at the Stephen Weiss Gallery in New York.
Just as SFK teaches children all over the world the universal tools to make conscious choices and overcome challenges, the KCP curriculum applies the principles of tolerance and human dignity to children caught in real-world conflict, enabling them to create change for themselves and future generations.
