Helping our children feel hopeful

Helping our children feel hopeful

Hope is not wishful thinking or delusional optimism; it is a consciousness level that connects us to something bigger than ourselves and is expressed through our actions. Even amid challenges and in the face of the unknown, it is a knowing that we are going towards something better, and we are always guided and are not alone.

When we can hold this awareness and demonstrate it through patience, courage, persistence, and appreciation of small steps and progress, we can help our children feel less stressed and more hopeful.
