The Light we all have inside
In SFK, when we use the word LIGHT, we refer to it as our inherent essence, spirit, the force within us, everyone, and everything.
💛 The Light is the Source of everything that exists in this world.
💛 The Light’s nature is always to share.
💛 The Light is the Source of all spiritual fulfillment.
💛 The Light is always available to us.
💛 We each have a spark of the Light within us.
💛 Our essence is goodness.
💛 Each one of us is special and unique.
In this activity, we help our children understand this concept and make it more tangible by identifying the different ways the Light is expressed through them- all the great, positive, and powerful traits and talents they possess.
So let’s help our children see their Light!

In this activity, your child will recall his/her Light-qualities and create a picture frame depicting them. By placing your child’s picture in the frame, the creation will serve as a reminder of your child’s ability to be like the Light.
