It is a pleasant surprise in each workshop to see how a concept as abstract as Light, is easily grasped and understood when we see it through the eyes of our inner child.
This week at Valle de los Ángeles, Filomena gave us an excellent demonstration of how a group of adults can open up to a new world of possibilities just by seeing the world through their children’s eyes.
She is Filomena. Her beautiful rainbow showed us her thorough understanding of the power of Light. Through her rainbow, she told us (see the image and translation below)

- Intelligence: Radiate Light at each place where you pass (Orange)
- Love: The darkness will never prevail if you are light (Yellow)

- Emotion: Bring out your splendor and spread the magic. We all can do it (Blue)

“I told my peers to place these raindrops (each raindrop is a negative feeling or thought) because if we do not eliminate the negative feelings that we have, such as discouragement, pride, sadness, or anger, we will not be able to reflect on our own rainbow of Light.”
“We decided to draw a sun on top of the rainbow because the sun gives Light to the whole World. As the saying goes: The Sun Shines for Everyone. The sun illuminates us with its Light. Even if it is alone, it never stops shining. So let us be like the sun; even if we are alone, let us not stop shining.”
“I consider myself to be a loving person. But at one point in my life, I realized that I did not love myself enough, and that to love others truly, I must love myself first, especially because I work with children”.
