At SFK, we help children understand their Light (spirit) — a powerful, inherently good, and eternal force that exists inside all of us. We understand that the more we acknowledge and connect to this essence, the more we naturally begin to act like it.

But yet, often, we don’t feel that powerful nor inherently good — we don’t respond kindly, lash out, or make unhealthy choices, acting opposite to our inner Light. Why is that?

To understand this mystery, we teach of the inner conflict led by our two inner voices — Our True Voice, which represents our inner Light and helps us be the best versions of ourselves, and our Opponent Voice, which challenges us to think only about ourselves, take the easy way out and doubt our power. Throughout the course, we help children learn to recognize and gain the skills to follow their True Voice.
