Are life’s daily stresses impacting your ability to parent?

Our children are often slowing us down. And that is a good thing.

Whether it is something they want, need, struggle with, or take their time (actually being in the natural pace of living)- if you don’t resist it or let it get you annoyed, you will find it to be a perfect moment. Of course, initially, it might not look or feel so flowy, and you might think about not being on time and missing out on something else. But that moment possesses either healing, a lesson, or a new insight.

Every time we surrender to the present moment, tending consciously to our children and whatever arises – laughs, play, drama, or tears, we give our children and ourselves the gift of connection. Connection to ourselves and to the present moment where reality resides is the key to feeling grounded and having a sense of belonging.
